Useless.. *please read?*

STORY TIME!

the pink mare stared blankly at the cup of coffee in her hoof

she had been waiting for hours...it was friday..friday was when
her and her friends went for pizza..but after asking her friends what time
they were having pizza,peach had found out that pepper,caramel,flame,maple and molly
had PLANS...

but candie didn't..candie promised he would come..usually peach would DREAD spending
time with that over grown foal,but tonight...she had be exited to spend time with anypony..

even though the friends all worked together,life was always changing..her friends had little
time to spend with her...just like her family..

peach sighed and took a sip of her coffee as the lights in the cafe began to dim

'oi,sorry ma'am but the shop is closing now.." "...oh.." peach stood up to leave,as tears of sadness
and anger filled her eyes..she trotted out the giant wooden door and marched home..

moments after she left a pink pegasus colt burst into the shop "lil'peach! oh celestia im so sorry! i forgot i-"
his eyes searched the shop for the small pink mare "p-peach...?"

he sighed,letting his head droop "..im an idiot..i really am."













the next day

candie was the first at the shop,he opened the door and flicked on the lights..
he sighed to him self,thinking about how angry honey peach would be.."oh well...ill make some candies.."

about an hour of making candy later,the door creaked open he smiled and trotted into the main room "welcome to maples candy sho-"

his greeting was met with peach's angry pink face "p-peach! hey!" he smiled happily

"...hey?...HEY?!" the little mare walked to him angrily "you,FORGET to meet me for pizza when EVERYPONY else is busy..and all you say is HEY?!"

"h-honey peach,im sorry...really i-" "SHUT UP!im talking now." the mare stood in front of him on the verg of tears "look,i wouldn't have cared if you didn't come but.."

"...no one else bothered to come either...you were..the only one who was GOING to meet me there...and..i just..i hate you with EVERY fiber of my being..but..
t-then WHY did it hurt so bad that you didn't come?...maybe because you guy's are all i have..my familys not there for me anymore...i...god,i hate you so much!"

the two ponies were almost nose to nose now as tears trailed down peach's face "i really...really..hate you.." she took a step back and headed for the door "w-wait!"

she turned,anger still filled her eyes "..why,do you hate me? because i forgot about last night? if thats why,im really sorry! i-" she paused and looked at candie


"w-why?...all you ever...all you ever do is make me mad,you tell me im short ALL THE TIME,you criticises EVERYTHING I DO,you make me feel..you make me f-feel.." her voice lowered to a whisper
as she looked away "...useless..."

candie blinked and trotted over to her,he gently grabbed her chin and made her look at him,he looked her strait in the eyes in a serious tone he said "hey.no matter what,dont you ever say your useless."
"i may pick on you,but i never mean any harm by it.your my friend..and..im sorry if i hurt you.." she looked up at him,shocked by the apology.she opened her mouth as if to speak but before she could candie continued

"peach,you are a kind,talented and strong mare .don't forget who you are,kay?" and with a half smile half smirk,he trotted out the door "see you later...lil'peaches"



honey peach stood in the main room of the shop,shocked at the event that just conspired...she blushed slightly and headed to her work station.

maybe...just maybe..he was right..and maybe,JUST maybe..she wasn't useless..at least..not to everpony..
